How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within 15 business days.

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

We provide free delivery pan-India. However for orders below Rs. 399, shipping charges of Rs. 50/- are applicable and order above Rs.399, free home delivery. Cash on delivery charges is Rs.50 flat on any cash on delivery order.

For furniture and lighting products we charge shipping on each product purchased. The shipping cost is based on the selling price at G-landshop.com and will not change on application of discount coupons.

How can I track my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can login to your G-landshop.com Account and check the order status. If you are having trouble reading or receiving the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the courier/delivery service provider to be aware of exact transit location. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

What if I am not home when my package arrives?

Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?,

All orders placed on G-landshop.com are fulfilled by Quality Delivery Service Providers and are shipped through Express mode. This means the shipments generally take around 1 to 3 days to reach you from the time of dispatch. However, in case of bulk orders or certain products which require surface shipping, it can take upto 15 days. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the Delivery service provider. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, G-landshop.com reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We strongly recommend that you provide us a correct Shipping Address. However, in case you have to change the Shipping Address then please give us a call on (+91)-120 4371074 (Monday to Friday 10 AM - 5 PM). In case the order is already shipped and cannot be rerouted to new Shipping Address then G-landshop.com reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer. In case the order is already shipped and our Shipping Partner agrees to reroute to new Shipping Address then G-landshop.com reserves the right to pass the charges of such extra shipment to the customer.

What payment types do you accept?

We support the following payment options: Cash On Delivery (COD), Credit card, Debit card, Cheque/NEFT and Net Banking

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

We provide you the facility of making cash payments at time of delivery of the confirmed order. The payment will be required to be made to the delivery boy at time of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product packaging has not been tampered with, before making the payment and receiving the order. Kindly note that you will need to make the payment before opening the product packaging.

How do I pay for my order through Cheque/NEFT?

You can also pay for your order by Depositing a Check or Cash or NEFT to the our Bank account. After placing the order, you will receive an Email with our Complete Bank account details. Once we receive your order amount, we will start processing your order.

Do I have to pay any charges for availing Cash on Delivery (COD) service?

Yes, for each transaction we charge a nominal non-refundable processing fee which is Rs. 50.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. G-landshop.com payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification. You can see the transaction is secure if a key lock is visible in the bottom right corner of your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information at any time during your order completion rather, it is submitted directly to our banks through Payment Gateway of PayU and Citrus. You can rest assured that your credit card or bank account information will be secured.

My credit card details are not being accepted. What's wrong?

My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?
